Signs can be customized with names, titles, messages, colors, designs, and other personal details—making them perfect for teachers, classrooms, offices, therapy spaces, businesses, families, gifts, and more.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Submit your retainer

A $35 non-refundable retainer is required to begin the custom-order process. Your retainer reserves your project and covers the initial consultation, planning, and design time involved in creating your sign.

2. Let’s talk about your vision

After your retainer is submitted, I’ll reach out to discuss your sign, including:

• Name, title, or personalized wording
• Message or phrase
• Approximate size
• Materials
• Colors
• Design style
• Level of detail
• Any specific inspiration or ideas you have

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you order. We can work through the details together.

3. Receive your custom quote

Once the details of your sign have been established, I’ll provide a final quote outlining the agreed-upon dimensions, materials, design details, and total price.

Your $35 retainer will be applied toward the final cost of your sign.

4. Approve your quote

The final price must be approved by you before production begins.

If your requested design requires additional materials, a larger size, additional layers, specialty finishes, personalization, or other details that increase the cost beyond the $35 starting price, those costs will be included in your final quote.

You are never required to pay the remaining balance without first approving the final quote.

If the final quote is outside your budget, we can discuss adjusting the size, materials, or design to create an option that works better for you.

5. Complete payment & production begins

Once you approve the final quote, the remaining balance must be paid in full before your sign enters production.

Once payment is complete, your custom sign will be added to the production schedule.

PRICING

Custom signs start at $35, with most signs falling between $35–$75 depending on size, materials, and design complexity.

Larger signs, specialty materials, additional layers, intricate designs, personalization, or other custom requests may result in a higher final price.

Because every sign is individually created, there is no one-size-fits-all price list. Your final price will be determined after we discuss the details of your specific sign.

Typical Pricing

Small Signs: $35–$45
Approximately 8–12”

Medium Signs: $50–$75
Approximately 12–18”

Large or Highly Detailed Signs: $75+
Larger dimensions and/or additional design complexity

These ranges are provided as a general guide only. Final pricing is based on the specific materials, size, personalization, and design requested.

YOUR $35 RETAINER

A $35 retainer is required before custom work begins.

The retainer:

• Reserves your place in the custom-order process
• Covers initial consultation and planning
• Covers time spent developing your custom concept
• Is applied toward the final price of your sign

Retainer & Cancellation Policy

Because custom orders require time and planning specifically for your project, the $35 retainer is non-refundable once the custom-order process has begun.

If you change your mind before any consultation or custom work has begun, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss cancellation.

If a final quote is provided and you decide not to move forward because the price is outside your budget, the retainer remains non-refundable once custom work has begun.

However, I’m always happy to discuss ways to modify your design, size, or materials to better fit your budget.

No additional charges will be made without your approval.

• Custom signs are individually made and are not mass-produced.
• Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
• Final dimensions and materials will be confirmed before production.
• Your $35 retainer is not the guaranteed final price of your sign.
• The retainer will be credited toward your final balance.
• Additional costs will be clearly outlined in your final quote.
• Production begins only after the final quote has been approved and payment has been completed.
• Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or returned due to a change of mind.
• Changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges or production delays.
• Completion times may vary depending on current order volume and the complexity of your project.
